Our new wild, cask-fermented, minimally carbonated “still” cider made in the tradition of Spain’s Asturian Sidra Natural. High-acid, tart and funky, this style of cider is usually poured from height out of green glass bottles and consumed rapidly in ~2oz shots called culíns. Pour yours from height straight out of the can!
