Time & Place: Adams County, PA 2019
STRUCTURED & JUICY
Adams County, Pennsylvania is one of the most important apple producing areas in our region. With this cider we highlight several standout varietals grown by our favorite orchards in the area during the 2019 season. Focusing on English Bittersweets and American Heirloom varietals, this cider includes Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, Ashmead’s Kernel, Grimes Golden, Arkansas Black, and Black Twig. Like all ciders in the Time & Place series, this one was fermented naturally in large wooded casks in DC. Find out why such a large percentage of our apples come from this great place.
