Chef Alex Vallcorba of ANXO (Washington, DC)  is heading up to Maine for an easter rabbit paella party with our good friends from OXBOW.  Purchase your tickets for a plate before 5pm.  At 5, the paella will be served with plenty of ANXO ciders & Oxbow’s incredible Maine farmhouse ales for pairing.
